Treat Dry Hair

There are many factors that contribute to dry hair: cold weather, styling, shampoos, etc. But here is a simple and easy way to combat dry hair.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Willpower
  1. Step 1

Hair is effected by what you eat. If you have dry hair, then you need to change your diet. It's easy and it will make a difference.

  2. Step 2

Try to eat low-fat cheeses and yogurt. If you buy salad dressings or make your own, choose ones that are made with sunflower oil or safflower oil. Also try cooking your food with sunflower oil instead of corn oil.

  3. Step 3

Take cod liver oil tablets and vitamin E

  4. Step 4

Eat plenty of raw vegetables and raw fruits. Yes that may not be your favorite thing to do but think about it, is dry hair any fun? Imagine how much better you'd look if you had healthy soft hair!

  5. Step 5

Last but not least, reduce the amount of salt in your diet. You may feel that your food tastes bland with less salt but slowly you'll get used to it. This is a great plus because by reducing your salt intake, you are also reducing the amount of water getting trapped in your body and that means you'll shed some water weight.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink plenty of water! Try sticking to the above plan and slowly you will not only get healthier hair but also a healthier body.
