Avoid fried foods, sausages, bacon, salami, smoked salmon, sardines, or any food served or prepared with oil, mayonnaise, salad dressing, nuts, and pickles. -

You're probably wondering what's left to eat? Well you could try eating vegetables and lean meat. You can add spices to flavor it up. Just because you're eating healthy doesn't mean it won't be delicious. And remember, if you can't change your diet, then simply lessen the quantity of the above mentioned foods.
