Things You'll Need:
- 1. 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 3. 2 gloves garlic, minced
- 4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 5. 1 can chickpeas (15 ounces), rinsed and drained
- 6.1 can artichoke hearts (14 ounces, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
- 7. 1&1/2 cups thinly sliced cucumber halves
- 8.1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 9.1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 10. 4 rounds whole wheat pita bread, cut in half

Step 1
Combine, yogurt, cilantro, garlic and lemon juice in small bowl.

Combine chickpeas, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, carrots and green onions in medium bowl.

Stir in yogurt mixture until well blended. Divide cucumber mixture among pita halves.
