How to Make Green New Year's Resolutions (for Women)

We all do it every year. I promise myself that this year I will: quit smoking, lose thirty pounds, pay off my credit cards, etc., etc... Well, anyway, here are a few resolutions that women can make (and POSSIBLY stick to) that would help our planet and environment.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

I RESOLVE to not spend every extra dime I get on useless crap that I really don't want or need but I just CANNOT pass up the deal cause they are on sale buy one get one free. (I need to just breathe deep, clutch my purse to my heart and keep walking cause it will end up in the trash anyway.)

  2. Step 2

I RESOLVE to wear six inch stiletto heels EVERY time I go shopping. The more my feet hurt, the less time I will spend in the store and the less money I will spend on frivolous things that will just end up in a land fill somewhere.

  3. Step 3

I RESOLVE to take my husband with me EVERY time I go shopping so that I can listen to the song of "What do you need THAT for?". I might as well cause he isn't going to believe that I am really going shopping in the stiletto heels unless he goes with me to witness the event.

  4. Step 4

I RESOLVE that, once the first three resolutions start REALLY driving me crazy, I WILL just stay home and work in my flower beds to avoid the hassle. Have a Happy New Year!
