2
Make the body. Wind red yarn around the cardboard pattern 76 times. Remove the cardboard and tie with an 8-inch length of yarn at one end for the top of the head. Tie securely about 1 1/4 inch from the top of the head for the neck. Tie 1 1/4 inches down for the waist.

3
Divide the remaining yarn into two even sections and tie about 1/4 inch up from the ends for the feet. Create the feet by cutting the end loops and trimming any excess yarn.
-

Make the arms. Wind the yarn around the cardboard pattern 24 times. Remove the cardboard and tie 1/4 inch from the ends for the hands.
-
5
Insert the yarn through the center of the body and tie at each side for the shoulders. Cut the end loops for the hands.

Make the beard. Cut 6 strands of white yarn about 3 inches long. Fold the white yarn in half and fasten at the mouth of Santa.
