Things You'll Need:
- PayPal account

Step 1
Take a closer look at your email inbox. You may have noticed that you are being bombarded with offers to "work from home," and you have probably deleted those emails without a second thought. However, many of these jobs may actually be legitimate. But beware of any company that asks you to put out your own money before they will even get you started. For a safer option, check out valid websites, such as Inc. Moms, which posts a daily list of good jobs for stay-at-home parents.
-
Step 2
Purchase a website. Websites are pretty inexpensive to start these days, and even easier to update. Do you have skills to market, or can you make items to sell on your website? Tap into your own creative abilities and allow others to use your expertise.
-
Step 3
Blog for money. Many people are making money just from blogging, which means that they are basically getting paid to write in their online "journal." Whether you want to blog about being a new mom or finding good deals in your neighborhood, you will probably be surprised how many people will read your blog! Also, adding free click-on ads to your blog will help earn you a little more income when people access those ads from your site.
-
Step 4
Join money-making websites. Many online firms are now paying people to shop through their site. If you already enjoy shopping online, this is a great way to make money. Other sites are willing to pay people to take surveys. Make sure you carefully research the site, though, before giving away any of your personal information.
-
Step 5
Cut back on excessive spending. Rather than going out to a movie, consider renting a $1 movie from your local grocery store. Or rather than eating out at a restaurant, stay home and make your own romantic meal, which will also probably be healthier for you than what you would order at a restaurant. Choose activities that are closer to home, and walk places whenever you can to save gas.
