Find a website that is set up for trading Pokeman cards online. A popular one is Neighborhood Link (see Resources below). Register an account there.

Create your own page and list any Pokemon cards you have available for trade, as well as an interest list of which cards you would like to receive.

Use forums or e-mail on the website to talk with other members to discuss possible trades and details. This can be a valuable learning tool to find out more about Pokemon cards that you do not have or were not even aware of.

Complete the trade. Mail your card(s) off to the receipient and give her your address so you will get yours. Package the cards carefully so that they won't be damaged. Bubble mailers are good for protecting the cards.

Update your member page so other members will know you no longer need the card you received and that you no longer have the card you just traded away available.
