There are many reasons to consider donating your used car. Some people do so to help a specific charity, such as those that help kids in need or fund cancer research. 1. Give your car to Donate a Car Canada, which allows you to choose the charity you help with your car donation. You can choose from organizations such as AIDS Calgary Awareness Association, the Animal Rescue Foundation of Alberta, Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta and many more. 3. Contact the Kidney Car Program. Proceeds from your car donation help the Kidney Foundation of Canada. Once again, your car will be towed for free, and your donation is tax deductible. 4. Donate your used car to the Asthma Society of Canada. Your donation will go to aid and educate people of all ages afflicted with asthma throughout Canada. Just as when you donate a car to MADD, you are guaranteed to receive at least a $60 tax deduction from your donation.
