Log on to the Spybot: Search & Destroy website. (Follow the link in Resources.)

Click the "Download" link on the left side of the home page.

Scroll to the bottom of the next page and click the appropriate download link. It will most likely be the first link listed, as this is the link for the latest version of Spybot available.

Click the "Download here" tab next to the download server of your choice. Most people will choose one of the top three links, as these are the "preferred" download links. You will then be redirected to a new web page.

Click the "Download Now" tab or link (depending on which server you chose) at the top of the screen. Once you do, a download box should appear on your screen. Click the "Save File" tab in the box to choose a destination for your download. Once you do, your free Spybot download will begin. If your download does not automatically begin, select the "click here" link after the phrase "If your download does not start shortly."
