How to Apply Lil' Kim Makeup

1. Prep your skin. To prevent breakouts and clogged pores, it's essential to cleanse your skin prior to applying makeup. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and towel-dry it. Apply your favorite toner and follow up with moisturizer. Allow the moisturizer at least 10 minutes to absorb into your skin.

2. Once your skin has been prepped, it's time to even out your skin tone using foundation. Dot the foundation onto your forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Use your fingers, a foundation brush or a damp sponge to blend the makeup into your skin. Once your foundation is complete, apply face powder to set your foundation.
