The Photogenic Power Light 1250 is a great tool for any serious photographer. One of the challenges of dealing with this light is the mode setting function, as it could be somehow frustrating for photographers to find a simple reset button when they need to change the mode settings.
This simple tutorial will help you reset your Photogenic Power Light 1250 DR in four easy steps.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Set the mode settings on the modeling light. It will be saved no matter how many times you turn it on and off.

  2. Step 2

Click the Manual button, LED on, to be able to adjust the intensity of the lamp. All the way to the left adjusts it to minimum power, and all the way to the right adjusts it to maximum power.

  3. Step 3

Click the Track Mode button twice, until you see the TRACK/SET LED blink once. Set the FLASH knob in the position you want it set at.

  4. Step 4

Test your Photogenic Powerlight to make sure your settings have been saved. And remember these settings won't change by turning the power light on and off. You will have to follow these steps every time you have to reset them.
