Things You'll Need:
- Burdock Root
- Chamomile Tea Bags
- Honey
- My Oatmeal cleanser recipe on ehow.com

Step 1
Burdock Root is available at health food and herb stores, usually in loose form and by the ounce for less then a couple of dollars. Buy an Oz which will last a long time.

Step 2
Steep 1 Tablespoon of Burdock in enough boiling water to cover it for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Mix in the Chamomile Herb from 4 opened tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.

Step 4
Strain the steeped herbs and add the tea to my Oatmeal Facial Recipe which is posted here on ehow.
