Hey girls wonder how to put on eyeliner without it smearing when you have glitter makeup underneath?

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions

Step 1

apply the lotion a very small dot amount just enough to coat your eyelid with a q-tip
Step 2

apply glitter to eyelid if it falls off thats normal all glitter will do it if its loose glitter
Step 3

last step apply the liquid black eyeliner closest to the lash line and make sure you let it dry and you wont have any problems and worry about it smearing *voila*

Tips & Warnings

please make sure you keep the eye that your doing closed it will be bothersome if its open lol
make sure lotion is unsecented and has no firming or anything that makes your body tingle
