Looking to whiten your clothes, but not want to use bleach? Bleach has been prove to be unhealthy for people and the environment. So try this next time you do laundry.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Load the washing machine with your dirty clothes, like you normally would.

  2. Step 2

    Add 1/4 cup to 1 cup of white vinegar to your rinse cycle or to the bleach compartment of your washing machine. Then start laundry and let it run as usual.

  3. Step 3

    This bleach alternative will bleach, brighten, and soften your clothes. It will also kill any remaining bacteria, remove any soap residue, and neutralize odors. It's great stuff!
