Things You'll Need:
- 3-4 lbs brussel sprouts
- 6 slices (or 1oz) Canadian bacon (diced)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 Tsp salt

Step 1
preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Spray large shallow roasting pan with nonstick spray -
Step 2
Combine 3-4 lbs brussel sprouts (trimmed & halved) with bacon, oil, & salt in med size bowl. Mix to coat sprouts and spread on roasting pan

Step 3
roast until sprouts are tender (approx 25 min)
stir 2x during cooking
