Supplements: Take Vitamin C, Linoleic Acid, and Pycnogenol. Evening Primrose Oil is a very good source of linoleic acid (an Omega 6 fatty acid) as well as many oils: safflower, sunflower and olive to name a few. Pycnogenol is an extract from the French maritime pine tree. It strenthens collagen in the skin and helps prevent UV damage from the sun. Try creams and moisturizers that contain green tea and reservatrol. Studies have shown these supplments make a difference in keeping your skin from wrinkling prematurely.

Diet: Cut down on your intake of carbs (carbohydrates) and bad fats. As with the supplements, this helps your skin's natural healing process and renewal. Include small amounts of good fats with every meal, for example, olive oil, avocadoes, safflower oil and argan oil(source of linoleic acid). Eat carbs that include fiber and discontinue carbs made with white flour.

Skin Treatment: Argan oil, a Moroccan oil, is a very good source of linoleic acid, vitamin E and plant sterols. Amazon.com sells both culinary and cosmetic grade Argan Oil. The best moisturizer is Olay's Regenerist UV Defense Regenerating Lotion with spf 15 and the best anti-wrinkle cream is Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-wrinkle cream (contains retinol, a very good ingredient!)

Check the left side of your face, if it shows more aging than the right side, it may be from sun exposure while driving. Change the location of the visor of your car to protect that side of your face and be sure to wear sunscreen.
