Step 1
First Step is ball handling.
Go somewhere that has a hard floor. Get a basketball take 10 dribbles with your left hand then 10 with your right. Do this until you get the hang of it. Then do cross overs which is where you dribble from left hand to your right hand. Then just take the ball around you (do not dribble it) Just take it behind your back 10-20 times. -
Step 2
Shooting.
First Get about 5 feet away from the hoop. Shoot it until you make it 5 times. Then go to about 10 feet out do same thing until you make 10 in a row. -
Step 3
Defense.
Just do things to make your legs stronger like jumping jacks, wall jumps and leg lifts. GEt quick feet and hands it will let you slide quicker to defend your man.
