Step 1
Salad Recipe for 4 people:
1 Avocado
2 Cucumbers, diced
2 Tomato, diced
1 Onion, chopped fine
1 Red sweet pepper, diced
a Handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Salt upon test
Pepper upon test -
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together add the olive oil, lemon juice season with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestion: if you are in diet you can eat the salad without any bread, but if you serving it for lunch it's go well with chicken breast and mash potato.
