1. First you need a free Squidoo account. Go to the Squidoo website and register for your free account. Fill out your personal information and update your profile. You can add your facebook, myspace, and twitter accounts to help promote your lens.

2. Choose a topic to write about. You can write about anything you choose. A book you read, a video game you loved, a hobby you have, or anything else you can think of. Writing about a topic you are passionate about makes it easier for you to write.

3. Squidoo has a step by step process that is easy to follow. It allows you to add modules to your lens. Modules are just different sections of your page. You can add products from amazon you think your readers may be interested in. Wikipedia articles and also You Tube videos are some of the things available. The more you add the better, people want to see a lot of information about topic they are researching.

4. Once you are finished promote your lens. You get paid when people click links from your lens. This means the more people who view your lens the better. It also means the more you write the more you have the ability to earn.
