Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Another simple way to get you on the track to losing weight. Instead of taking escalators or elevators, take the stairs.

Cut down on fast food. Fast food is packed full of calories and fat. A great way to lose a bit of weight is to pack your own lunches. You will definitely be eating healthier and not to mention you will be saving a bit of money as well!

Take 10 minutes of your lunch break and go for a brisk walk. This is only 10 minutes of your day and the calories you burn can really add up over time.
