Want to lose weight? Need to drop a few pounds? Don't have time for the gym? Follow this guide to lose some weight with some simple lifestyle changes.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Park further away from your destination. Whenever you go somewhere, park near the back of the parking lot and increased the amount you walk every day. Walk briskly to get a little extra cardio.

  2. Step 2

    Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Another simple way to get you on the track to losing weight. Instead of taking escalators or elevators, take the stairs.

  3. Step 3

    Cut down on fast food. Fast food is packed full of calories and fat. A great way to lose a bit of weight is to pack your own lunches. You will definitely be eating healthier and not to mention you will be saving a bit of money as well!

  4. Step 4

    Take 10 minutes of your lunch break and go for a brisk walk. This is only 10 minutes of your day and the calories you burn can really add up over time.
