Hangovers are bad....ok? Drinking in excess is bad....ok? Learn ways to try to at least avoid the hangover!

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Clear mind
  • WATER
  1. Step 1

Taking pain pills prior to drinking is very bad for your liver. Some people take a couple of aspirins before a night out and this may help a little bit but in the long run it is bad for your health. Drinking is also bad for your health keep that in consideration, but if you still want to go out and get drunk remember these easy steps.

  2. Step 2

For each drink you have make sure to have a glass of water. You will still catch a buzz so don't worry, just remember, in order to keep your body hydrated a glass of water after each drink will do.

  3. Step 3

Remember that dark colored drinks such as scotch or brandy have a larger amount of sugar or impurities and will give you a worse hangover than sticking to beer only or light colored alcohol. Though any alcoholic beverage in excess has a hangover guarantee. Also, more expensive alcohol tends to have fewer impurities and thus does not cause as severe of a hangover.

  4. Step 4

Try not to mix a big variety of drinks, if you decided to drink vodka stick to vodka all night.

  5. Step 5

If you do wake up with a hangover, try Alka Seltzer or electrolyte filled drinks to help replenish your system!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't drink in excess
  • Don't forget to ask for water. It's free!
  • Don't drink and drive EVER
  • Be responsible when you drink
  • Water won't guarantee avoiding a hangover it will only help
  • Don't loose your mind and do things you will regret
