How to Make Taco-Stuffed Potatoes

This is a twist for the same old baked potatoes. Yummy, and pretty fast to make. Does this Spark an idea?

1/2 cup salsa dip
1/4 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
4 medium baked potatoes

Instructions

- 1
  
  Bake your potatoes. While they are baking start cooking the meat.
- 2
  
  Once, the meat is cooked pour in the salsa and mix it up.
- 3
  
  Split each potato, top with the meat & salsa mix.

Tips & Warnings

You can sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes for an extra.
Crumble up Fritos and sprinkle over it for an extra crunch.
Makes 4 servings!
