1. Spilled candle wax can be difficult to remove, especially from a valuable surface such as wax. While there are special cleaners and solvents for wax, there are ways to remove it without having to purchase any special equipment.

2. The simplest way to clean candle wax from marble is to heat it. Put a cotton cloth or a paper towel over the affected area and then heat up an iron to a low setting. Put the hot iron on top of the cloth or towel and the wax will slowly melt, causing the cloth/towel to absorb it.

3. Another strategy is to use an ice cube to freeze the wax and then to scrape it off, using a razor blade or a similarly sharp object. Since the wax is softer than the marble, the blade should be able to scrape it off without damaging the marble. This may, however, leave a difficult to remove film of wax.
