Graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, coconut, and more combine to make this great dessert!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and butter in a mixing bowl and use your hands or a fork to mix until evenly moistened (mixture looks like moist sand). Press the crumb mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Step 2

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crumb crust and spread evenly with a spatula.

  3. Step 3

Sprinkle the chips, nuts, and coconut over the condensed milk and use the spatula to gently press these things into the milk.

  4. Step 4

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until everything has melted and the coconut is nicely browned. Let it cool thoroughly before cutting into bars.

  5. Step 5

    Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Another layering variation includes laying the graham cracker foundation, sprinkling on coconut, then chocolate chips, then butterscotch chips. Cover with the condensed milk and then add the nuts and more coconut.
  • Goes great under vanilla ice cream!
  • Best with a tall glass of cold milk.
