How to Fill the Windshield Washer Fluid in a Subaru Outback
Few cars are as versatile and rugged as the Subaru Outback. Unless it gets routine maintenance, however, it won't perform up to its own lofty standards. To keep your Outback running strong, refill the windshield washer fluid between oil changes and checkups.

3
Step out of your Outback and find the auxiliary release latch located beneath its hood. Tug up on the latch to open the hood.

5
Locate the windshield washer fluid reservoir beneath the engine coolant reservoir in the bottom left part of the engine compartment.
-
6
Pull the reservoir cap open, place a funnel into the opening and fill the reservoir with fluid or properly-diluted concentrate. Be careful not to overfill the reservoir and spill fluid into the compartnemnt.
