Kansas City MissouriKansas City's City Market area is a wonderful area for shopping and watching people. Weekends are the busiest. You can spend hours stroll up and down the produce stalls, ride ponies and vist the Steamboat Arabia.

Kansas City MissouriAnother enjoyable landmark is the Starlight Theater. Broadway shows are booked all summer. The Outdoor Theater has been a landmark since 1950. Enjoy the cultural side of Kansas City if you have time.

Kansas City MissouriVisit the only Museum dedicated to World War I Veterans on the Liberty Memorial. This is one of the most impressive, and informative museums this side of Washington, DC. Visitors return again and again and our impressed with the sacrifices of the men of this war. An educational and entertaining attraction not to be missed.

Kansas City, MissouriThis is an outstanding museum because of what it offers to children. It is located at 4525 Oak St. You can expose your kids to an art class or a day of exploring the different parts of the museum. The exhibits are constantly changing and this is definitely worthy of your time.

on 4/7/2009 I'm from Missouri, and I've visited Kansas City several times. It's a nice city for shopping and people watching at the Plaza. World's of Fun is kind of cool too.

There was sooo much to see and do!!
