How to make zucchini appetizers

This is a great finger food and wonderful to entertain with. Or good as a side dish.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini about (4 small)
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp coarsley chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram or oregano
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs sligtly beaten
  • Dash of black pepper
  1. Step 1
     

    Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Step 2
     

    Grease a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish

  3. Step 3
     

    Beat the eggs is a bowl

  4. Step 4
     

    Mix all of the ingredients together with the eggs

  5. Step 5

    Spread in pan

  6. Step 6
     

    And bake 25 minutes until golden brown

  7. Step 7
     

    Cut about 2 by 1" pieces makes 4 dozen
