Things You'll Need:
- 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini about (4 small)
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp coarsley chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram or oregano
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs sligtly beaten
- Dash of black pepper
