Are in the mood for a good chicken sandwich? This article is a great source for information on making a great tasting chicken sandwich

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • boneless skinless chicken breast.
  • cheese
  • lettuce
  • mayonaise or mustard
  • wheat bread
  • frying pan
  • stove
  1. Step 1

First get out a piece of frozen boneless skinless chicken from the freezer and defrost it in which ever way you prefer. A quick way to defrost is the microwave set on defrost, so it doesn't cook the chicken.

  2. Step 2

Take out a frying pan and turn on the stove top, to a medium setting. When the chicken is defrosted add it to the frying pan; then add some chicken spices. As the chicken is cooking, prepare the bread.

  3. Step 3

To prepare the bread add some dressing of your choice. Put some fresh washed lettuce, and a slice or two of cheese on the bread. The chicken should be almost done! Cut the chicken a bit to check if cooked in the center. If the outsides are getting burned and the inside is still raw, use your tongs to put the slice on its side and cut down the side, exposing the uncooked portion. Place the on cooked portion directly on the frying pan and wait a little while.

  4. Step 4

Now your chicken should be cooked thoroughly so put it on the sandwich and add your other piece of bread. You can choose to cut your sandwich in two pieces or leave it as one piece. Enjoy your sandwich!

Tips & Warnings
