Hair with lots of volume is definitely a trend that most woman want to follow. It's not always easy, depending on the style of hair you have, to get lots of volume in your hair. If you want the most volume you can get with your hair, follow these step by step directions.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Freshly shampooed hair
  • Thickening spray
  • Hair Dryer
  • Hot rollers
  • Paddle hair brush
  • Hairspray
  1. Step 1

After you have taken a shower and washed your hair, apply a thickening spray to your wet hair. There are tons of different brands that make these type of hair styling products. Make sure that you focus specifically on the roots of your hair.

  2. Step 2

Use a hair dryer to dry your hair completely. While drying your hair, make sure to lift your roots upward with your fingers.

  3. Step 3

Set your hair in hot rollers. To create the most volume in your hair, use large hot rollers all over your head.

  4. Step 4

Take the hot rollers out of your hair according to the time limits on your hot rollers directions. Flip your head upside down and break apart the curls using your fingers.

  5. Step 5

Raise your head back up and use a paddle brush to tease the roots of your hair even more. Your hair may look a little wild, but will calm down after a few minutes.

  6. Step 6

Set your hair in place, with an all over spray of hairspray. For a more touchable hair style, use a flexible hold hairspray.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you find that your hair has too much volume now, just use the paddle brush to calm it down and flatten it out a little more.
