Old Cape Cod ~ quintessential New England ~ it's been memorialized in songs everywhere and is known for it's cranberry bogs. This classic Cranberry Crunch Cobbler is a down-home church supper favorite. Easy to put together, you and your guests will be eating comfort food in no-time! A perfect ending to Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Sunday Supper!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 sup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can (16 oz.) whole Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce
  • Whipped cream/whipped topping, or ice cream
  1. Step 1

    Mix together: 1 cup uncooked rolled oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar. Work in 1/2 cup of butter or margarine until crumbly.

  2. Step 2

    Press 1/2 of mixture into 8 x 8 greased baking dish. Cover with one can (16 oz.) of Ocean Spray Whole Cranberry Sauce. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top.

  3. Step 3

    Bake 45 minutes in 350° oven.
