Make a Healthier Party Punch Recipe

For the baby shower I planned for my daughter I wanted to make a good punch. I didn't have a recipe for party punch so I just made my own. I hope you like my recipe for Healthier Party Punch.

From Quick Guide: New Year's Eve Party Ideas
Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Liter Diet 7 Up
  • 1 Quart Natural Apple Juice
  • 1 Quart of Fresh squeezed peaches
  • 1 Quart Orange Juice with calcium and omega 3 added
  • 1 Quart of Pineapple Juice
  1. Step 1

My newphew had peaches on his trees galore so I extracted the juice from them and froze it. I used a ricer like you use in processing tomato juice. So the juice it left behind was much thicker that store boughten juice.
I thawed it out to use for the party punch.

  2. Step 2

For the baby shower I planned for my daughter I made a beautiful bowl of Ice to put my party punch in. I did that a week before and kept it in the freezer.

*You can see the bowl in my article How to Plan a Baby Shower for your Daughter_Without Blowing Your Budget

*You can see how to make the ice bowl in my article How to Create A Beautiful Bowl From Ice and Flowers

  3. Step 3

I had the juices all mixed and kept cold. I even froze some of the juice in ice cube trays so as they melted they wouldn't weaken the punch.

  4. Step 4

The morning of the baby shower I poured the 7 up in with the juices to give it the kick it needed. I put my frozen juice cubes in to keep it cold.

It's an easy Healthier party punch recipe I hope you like it.

Tips & Warnings
  • When you use the bowl of ice keep the extra bowl inside. It melted my ice bowl fast.
