If you are like me- you love sweets but want to keep your sexy waistline- here is a must try treat. It has protein, a sweetness, and is low calorie.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • •1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix •1 cup nonfat milk •8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt •6 bananas sliced
  1. Step 1

    In a medium bowl mix pudding mix and milk and stir until the mix is dissolved.

  2. Step 2

    Refrigerate for 15 minutes

  3. Step 3

    Mix in the remaining ingredients.

  4. Step 4

    Serve this low sugar treat.

Tips & Warnings
  • Have fun with garnish. Add some edible flowers, gummy candies, or cinnamon sprinkles to add a "wow" factor.
  • Put in a fancy dish to add some class.
