How to Grow Smarter Everyday
We are all born with the same base level knowledge of the world, what separates us is the rate of intellect we grow at every day. Often time's people are not aware that being smart is more about what you do everyday than what you've inherited from your parents.
To grow smarter you have to take a daily approach. Follow these guidelines to grow smarter everyday.

1
READ! I know that sounds ridiculously easy but reading stimulates brain matter to grow. It's like reps for mind and the pages are the sets. The more you read the more you visualize and the more you visualize the stronger your belief systems become. After all belief is nothing more than the visualization of what has not materialized. I challenge you to buy a thick book and commit to finishing it even it takes a hundred years.
-
2
Ask your self questions everyday about your behavior and your reactions to your behavior. When you do this it makes you stop and think about the value that you are creating or destroying in your life.
-
-
3
Slow down! A wise man once told me in a book I read, "in order to speed up you must slow down".
-
4
Make a decision and then stick with it. Just as incomplete thoughts, sentences and actions cause panic or frustration so do incomplete decisions. Some of the greatest leaders in the world knew that following through always created a bigger impact than stopping mid way. Ask Bruce Lee about his one inch punch and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Last but most importantly, learn from every result you produce in life, good or bad and then use those as links to solve new problems. They say that intelligence is about referencing things or events and then coming to a conclusion right or wrong for a particular incident. Knowledge however is useless without intellect.

Very important topic! Yes, we all need to exercise the brain daily, hourly to maintain it in good shape! I especially love step 3! Slow down to re-connect with yourself! 5*
