- Large bag of dry stuffing mix
- Medium pot
- Roasting pan big enough for the turkey
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large turkey-sized brown-in-bag

Thaw turkeyCompletely thaw the turkey (if frozen) and cut a slit in the wrapper to remove the turkey. Wash the turkey in the sink and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 3
Add onion & celeryIn a large bowl, add finely chopped celery and onions to the prepared stuffing. Mix well.

-
Step 12
Roast turkeyPlace the roasting pan containing the turkey in the brown-in bag and roast at 325 degrees for the amount of time required as per the directions in the brown-in-bag package. If extra sturdiness is desired, you may set a foil roasting pan on a large cookie sheet or broiler pan.
-
Step 13
Roasted turkeyAfter the turkey is completely roasted, carefully remove it from the oven. Let the turkey stand in the brown-in bag for a little while.
-
Step 14

on 2/1/2009 I love those bags, I use them for other meats as well. You nailed this article, breast side down. The only way to cook it besides deep fry.
