Things You'll Need:
- For the cocoa mix: make approx 20 servings
- 5 cups dry powderd milk
- 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
- For the packaging: based on 1 gift. Multiply by number of gifts
- 2 (6- by 12-inch) cone-shaped cellophane bags (available at Jo Ann Fabric, Micheals or other party stores)
- 2 rubber bands
- Scissors
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 large red gumdrop
- 1 coffee cup (dollar store has a great selection)

Step 1
There are 2 parts to this easy and inexpensive Christmas gift. First: To make Cocoa mix: In a large bowl, combine milk powder, confectioner' s sugar, cocoa powder, and creamer. Mix with spoon until combined. Makes about 20 servings. Store remaining mix in an airtight container.

Step 2
To make the cones: Pour 3/4 cup of mixture mix into one of the plastic cone bags. Close the bag with a clear rubber band, then trim the end of the bag 1 inch above the band. Next, place the cocoa-filled bag into the second bag. Layer the chocolate chips and the marshmallows, then top with the gumdrop. Use rubber band to close bag(s).

Step 3
Place cone in coffee cup. Add sure to add note letting your recipients know to use 4 TBLS of mix and hot water to make hot chocolate. Also state, the cone contains enough for four servings.
