Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Step 1
Place cookie sheet on oven rack. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

In large bowl, mix pumpkin and remaining filling ingredients with wire whisk until smooth;

Pour into frozen pie crust.

Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. bake 15 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Ready to eat.Cool completely, about 3 hours. Serve pie with sweetened whipped cream. Store covered in refrigerator. 8 servings
