Frozen turkeys are a more economical way to go than thier fresh counterparts. However, ask yourself if this turkey will fit in your freezer.

A good rule of thumb when selecting the size of the bird is to have 1 to 1.5 lbs. per guest.

Take the turkey out of your freezer 3 days before you will cook it to properly thaw. Never thaw a turkey at room temperature!
