When making your New Years Resolutions, you should consider the intended achievement at the culmination of the year. Making resolutions is the easy part, but many people find it difficult to implement their resolutions, which die a quick death.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Limit your resolutions. Have a limited number of resolutions as opposed to numerous resolutions.

  2. Step 2

    Break the habit of leaving your resolutions behind. To break a bad habit, you should substitute it with an array of good habits.

  3. Step 3

    Make sure you can attain your goals. Set attainable goals and recompense yourself for any successes that are achieved.

  4. Step 4

    Practice for success. Keep practicing good new habits that inspire the achievement of success.

  5. Step 5

    Enlist support. Obtain maximum support from family and friends that have similar resolutions to accomplish.
