Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/4 pounds of brussels sprouts (halved)
- 1/2 cup kim chee with juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2
Toss Brussels spouts with oil and roast in high rim cooking pan. Place in oven until tender (about 25-27 minutes.)

Step 3
Remove spouts and add kim chee. Stir carefully. Place back in oven until kim chee is warm (about 3-4 minutes.) Serve warm.
