Look up... The ceiling just hangs there. Why not put it to use? Store flat items, such as tennis rackets, hiking poles and grills by strapping them across the ceiling.

Use the cab... If you have a class "C" recreational vehicle, the cab is a handy place to store things when you're parked. Otherwise, it's just wasted space. When you're moving again, transfer the stored items to the dinette benches, sofa, bed, or other temporary location.

Look up again... Put bunk beds or the space over the cab to use when they aren't occupied. Think of all the extra things you can put up there!

Make use of good organizational units in "the basement"... Your external storage compartment is a natural place to store items. Make the most of it by using containers that are space efficient. Totes are great but require taking a lot of things out if what you want is on the bottom. A good solution for small items are plastic stackable drawers. Be sure you anchor them in place so they don't shift around when you're in motion.

Use sink and range covers to expand counter space. These handy board-like items are sold at many camping and RV stores. Or make your own out of plexiglass or laminated wood.

Tips & Warnings
Make the most of what you already have, like the space under the dinette benches. You might want to add piano hinges to make the tops easier to open. If you have a cat, this is a great place to keep the litter. Just cut a hole through the side of the bench and hang a curtain over the entrance for a super deluxe kitty commode!
Watch your weight. With all those additional items you're bringing on board, make sure your overall weight is still within legal limits.
