How to Make A Chicken Reuben

If you are watching the calories, but love the Reuben, this combines the best of both worlds: chicken Reuben! A yummy sandwich that is quick and easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 teaspoons of butter soft
  • 2 tablespoons of russian dressing
  • 2 slices of swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons of cole slaw
  1. Step 1

    Heat a grill pan on the stove. While it is warming, spread butter on 1 side of each slice of bread.

  2. Step 2

    Flip over one slice of the buttered bread and spread Russian dressing on the other side.

  3. Step 3

    Place one slice of cheese, chicken and cole slaw and top with remaining slice of cheese. Top the ingredients with the final slice of bread.

  4. Step 4

    Place in pan and cook. Press down occasionally with a spatula until gold brown and cheese has melted (about 3 minutes a side.)

  5. Step 5

    Cut sandwich in half and eat while hot!
