Things You'll Need:

Step 1
First thing to do is to know when enough is enough. A few drinks will do the trick, and it's cheaper that way too. Try not to drink so much before bed because it can disturb sleep.

Step 2
Once you get home, or where ever there is space to crash, get some water on board. The main reason we have "hangovers" is due to the water lost come morning. The extra water now, will keep you hydrated through the night.

Step 3
If there is slight discomfort in the morning still, there are several aids to help that as well. One is a mix of caffiene and aspirin to wake you up and calm down the headache.
