Things You'll Need:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Bundt cake pan

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly grease and flour the Bundt cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together.

In another large bowl, combine the eggs, oil, milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla. Mix well.

Add the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture and stir just until blended.

Pour the batter in the Bundt cake pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until done.

Step 7
Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack for about 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and cool on a wire rack for another 30 minutes.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!
