Perform a series of related exercises without any pause. The blood gets stimulated this way and the results will be faster.

Take normal, full breaths taking in as much oxygen as possible.

Do not have the air conditioner on at extremely cold temperatures.

Do the exercises at a normal, controlled pace. Speed will only result in your harming some muscle. Try to be as graceful and lithe as possible.

Normally repetitions are done in counts of eight Keep adding as you progress.

Do not let your mind wander when you are exercising. Concentrate on what you are doing for good results.

Concentrate on the muscle or part of the body that you are exercising. This will certainly help in figure improvement.

Feeling stiff? Muscles stiff after the session? Don't worry! You are exercising the right way and this is how you will know. It is a temporary pain that will disappear once your body has gotten used to the exercise.

Do not expect results overnight after just one session of exercise, however strenuous it may have been. You will have to wait for at least a month before small changes start showing - but believe me! It would be worth every minute of the wait.
