Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil. Next, spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray such as PAM.

  2. Step 2

Use a large bowl safe for the microwave and mix the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. When melting these ingredients stir after each minute has passed until melted. This should take only 2-3 minutes.

  3. Step 3

Pour the mixture into the pan with aluminum foil smooth it out evenly.

  4. Step 4

Sprinkle the leftover 1/3 cup coconut over the top of the fudge and press lightly to embed it in the fudge.

  5. Step 5

Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours. Once set, cut into 1-inch squares and serve at room temperature. Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
