Things You'll Need:
- CD-Rom Drive
- Compressed Air
- Len's cleaning kit (Ex. Memorex CD/DVD Laser Len's cleaner)
- Cotton Swab

Step 1
Make sure your disc is clean!CHECK YOUR DISC'S: Make sure your disc's are clean, unscratched, and you're loading it properly into the CD-Rom drive.

Step 2
Blow it free of dirt!USE COMPRESSED AIR: Have the computer case and CD tray open. Carefully blow compressed air in through the front of the CD tray opening. Do not blow with too high of a pressure as this may damage sensitive components.

Step 3
Lens cleaner kitUSE A LENS CLEANER KIT: Always use a laser lens cleaner to clean the drive lens. Memorex CD/DVD Laser Lens Cleaner is highly recommended, easy to use, and affordable.

Step 4
Insert disc and press play!INSERT THE LASER LENS CLEANER DISC: Insert the disc into your CD-Rom drive and let it play for 2-3 minutes. After you're done, store it in the case to prevent brush contamination.

Step 5
Use a cotton swab!COTTON SWAB: If you've used the lens cleaner kit and your drive is still creating a problem then open it and clean the lens with a cotton swab.
