How to Make Delicious Ginger Tea
When the temperature starts to drop, I instinctively reach for the ginger tea because it warms me up instantly. It can also help boost the immune system, alleviate cramps and help calm an upset stomach.
I remember one winter we lived in a cold climate and I drank ginger tea almost every day, and often needed little more than a sweater when stepping outside. Here is my recipe for a soothing and flavorful ginger tea.

I LOVE Ginger tea when I feel cold - I don't care for it much in the summer but in the winter it warms me right up! -

I've been really getting into tea lately because I really don't care for coffee so much. and I live in freezing cold ND (only 4 a little while longer). This one sounds really tasty. Thanks 4 sharing :) -

Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback on the article! Matab, I find that boiling it makes it too peppery. Part of what I love about ginger tea is the bright, clean quality mixed with the pepper. But I believe the brightness gets boiled away!
