Things You'll Need:
- Local honey
- Vitamin C
- Green tea
-
Step 1
Buy local honey right from the beekeeper at a farm or farmers market--that's the best way. If there are none in your area, check your local markets for honey from local sources. Make sure the honey is made within a 30-mile radius of where you live.
-
Step 2
Take a teaspoon or so a day, which should be more than enough. Start taking it at least a month before allergy season, or just take it throughout the year.
-
Step 3
Round out your honey program with 2 to 3 cups of green tea a day and 500 mg. of Vitamin C daily. This works for me--and should get your allergies under control in no time.
