You don't want to be distracted, or distract anybody else, during your yoga classes. -

Comfortable clothing will help you be able to relax.Wear comfortable loose fitting (but well fitting) clothing.
This includes a well fitting shirt. Certain yoga positions will require your head to be lower than your body, and you don't want your shirt hanging over your head during this. -
Step 3
Go barefoot.Don't wear shoes or socks.
This will allow you to center yourself better, and will prevent slipping. -
Step 4
Use a hair scrunchie to tie your hair backPut long hair in a pony tail to avoid it falling in your face during yoga.
