Many woman want to have the big, pouty lips just like Scarlett Johansson or Angelina Jolie. Well, there is a way to make your lips appear bigger without having surgery. Just follow the directions below

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Dampened towel
  • Plumping matte red or fuchsia lipstick
  • Lip brush
  • Lip liner pencil
  • Lip balm
  1. Step 1

Remove the flakes from you lips by wiping them with a dampened towel. This basically buffs them up and gets them ready for the lipstick.

  2. Step 2

Apply a little bit of lip balm to get the rest of the dead skin off your lips and to moisturize them. Kiss the back of your hand to remove any excess lip balm from your lips.

  3. Step 3

Use a lip brush to smooth on a thin layer of plumping lipstick. Matte red or fuchsia works best as this gives makes the lips look lush and bigger. Make sure that you work the lip brush back and forth so that you get all the little nooks and crannies on the lips.

  4. Step 4

Take a lip pencil that matches the lipstick you applied and draw directly on your lip line or just slightly outside the line if you want your lips to look even bigger.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that you do not go too big on the lips. Check yourself in the mirror and if your lips look way out of proportion with the rest of your face, you may want to tone it down a little.
